Accounts Payable Coordinator – The Cheshire County Finance Department is looking to fill its full time Accounts Payable Coordinator position by mid-December 2017. Responsibilities include producing payables for all County Departments on a weekly basis as well as obtaining W-9 information and processing 1099’s for applicable vendors.  Applicants must be detailed oriented with a high level of accuracy while meeting ongoing deadlines. Proficiency in Excel with strong skills in adapting to computer software programs is necessary. Duties require a background in accounting with one to three years of related work experience.
 
Starting pay $14.98/hr.

Cheshire County Government is seeking to hire a full time wraparound care coordinator to join the Monadnock Region System of Care and work in the Conval School District in Peterborough.

General Summary
The Wraparound Care Coordinator provides family-centered planning facilitation for youth with significant emotional and behavioral health needs, develops plans of care driven by the strengths and needs of the child, youth, and family/primary caregiver, obtains targeted support services, and monitors the provision and outcomes of plan so that the child or youth and family can be successful at home, at school, and in the community.  To be effective, the coordinators will work with children/youth in their homes and communities, incorporate the entire family and their natural supports in planning process, focus on the child’s and family’s strengths, and demonstrate cultural and linguistic competence.
 
Essential Job Functions
·         Maintains a caseload of up to 6 to 8 children/youth and their families.
·         Engage children/youth and families in New Hampshire Wraparound process to identify their unmet needs, functional strengths and individual supports that are vital to improving the daily functioning.
·         Develops and supports a family based Plan of Care in accordance with New Hampshire Wraparound manual and curriculum.
·         Coordinates and monitors service between agencies to meet the identified individual needs.
·         Supports child/youth and the family in meeting the needs and objectives of their Plan of Care, which includes weekly face-to face wraparound planning and team meetings
·         Assists youth and family in identifying natural supports and community based opportunities and activities (sports, arts, clubs, and volunteerism) that nurture strengths, skills, and resilience, and provide support for youth and family to be fully engaged in their community.
·         Establishes a trusting relationship with the child/youth and family.
·         Schedules, coordinates and facilitates family team wraparound meetings.
·         Adheres to the New Hampshire Wraparound Model to maintain the highest fidelity in service to those values and principles.
·         Develops cooperative working relationships with all the agencies serving the child/youth and family
·         Complete all paperwork and enter all appropriate case specific information into the data system.
·         Adheres to ethical, required reporting, and confidentiality standards as required by state laws and New Hampshire Wraparound standards.

Qualifications/Education/Training
·         A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university in related field.
·         A minimum of two years’ experience, preferably in health care, social services, behavioral health care, social work, human services, or education, with care management experience.
·         A high school diploma or equivalency; and a) was a participant in, or is a direct caregiver, or was a direct caregiver of an individual who received services from a public child and family-serving system; and b) meets the training and certification requirements for the care coordinator.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience
·         Facilitation skills, including conflict and group management.
·         Excellent oral and written communication skills
·         Knowledge of and experience with children’s behavioral health systems, services and supports is preferred
·         Understanding of culturally and linguistically appropriate services is preferred.
 
Other Duties and Responsibilities
·         Adheres to County and program policies and procedures.
·         Extensive regional travel required. Occasional statewide travel and attendance at out-of-state Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration conference required.

·         Assists in setting up dining room, including setting up juices, butters, desserts, and breakfast and lunch specials for the following day.

·         Follows cleaning schedule as outlined for Housekeeping Department to include discharged/isolations cleaning procedures.
·         Cleans all assigned building areas throughout the Nursing Home in a clean, neat, and sanitary manner and in accordance with established housekeeping procedures.
·         Operates various types of cleaning equipment, both mechanical and electrical, in order to remove soils, stains, and other debris from assigned areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages and coordinates the clinical and treatment services for the Cheshire County Drug Court. 
Supervises treatment staff and develops and implements treatment plans, clinical recommendations,
and delivery of evidence-based curriculums (T4C, CBI, MRT, MI, etc.). 
•    Assesses program needs and recommends changes to enhance and increase effectiveness
•    Conducts clinical evaluations and documentation for referrals and assigns caseloads to self
and treatment staff under his/her supervision
•    Oversees and evaluates contracted treatment professionals in the case management and treatment of emotional, cognitive, developmental, behavioral and interpersonal disorders, illnesses and substance use disorders. 
•    Conducts individual and group treatment sessions
•    Attends weekly treatment staffings, court appearances and treatment team meetings
•    Adheres /complies with established Federal, State, and local standards and guidelines, relating to participant confidentiality, release of criminal history information, and program policies and procedures
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:  Master’s degree in Public or Judicial Administration, Criminal Justice, Psychology, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or related field preferred. MLADC and LCMHC or LICSW licensure required. A minimum of three years of experience working in the criminal justice system, social work, therapeutic evaluation or related field.  Direct experience working within the drug court model is preferred. Preference given to applicants who are certified in Thinking for a Change, Cognitive Behavioral Intervention (UCI), Motivational Interviewing, Seeking Safety,  and Moral Reconation Therapy.
